  • You will be contacted if necessary maintenance and repair is found during cleaning​

• Cost depends on labor time and materials needed to complete task(s) appropriately

 

Audit/Inspection

• To ensure the upkeep of your property, we offer one-time or routine auditing in which you will be provided with a detailed review of necessary maintenance and repairs

  • One-time audit/inspection is a single service for a single property done at a scheduled time​

  • Routine audit/inspection is a contracted service of no less than 25 accounts done twice a year

• Cost of service is charged at per unit dependent on size of property/facility
